About Returns

You may return all items sold by Club Factory within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in a good condition. Please contact the customer support first. Then pack your items securely in the original box/bag with your order list and mail to us.

*Notice: Underwear and Swimwear are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.

How to return

Step 1

a) Click Support

b) Click Contact Us

c) Leave a message and provide your order number (e.g. SO022), product and reason for the return.

Step 2

We will verify your request within 24 hours.

Step 3

Pack the items you need to return in a securely sealed shipping package with your order number (e.g. SO022) attached on a separate piece of paper inside the parcel.

Step 4

Send it back and email us the tracking number.
