About Return Shipping

If the return is the result of a Club Factory error, we'll refund return shipping costs up to a maximum amount. You'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. The return shipping costs will be issued with the rest of other product refund.

If the reason for return is not a result of a Club Factory error, you need to pay for the return shipping. We suggest you choose the local post with a cheaper price.

*Notice: We strongly suggest you NOT to use FedEx or DHL for return. It would cause high customs fees.
